Tuition and Fees

Annunciation partners with Smart Tuition for tuition and fees billing.  All school families are required to have an active Smart Tuition account. Smart Tuition has a yearly registration fee of $50 billed in your first billing month. All families receive monthly billing alerts via email.  Along with tuition, all school fees including after care, field trips, book fines and team athletic fees, are billed through Smart Tuition. 

New families to Annunciation must enroll with Smart Tuition by June 1 for the 12 month payment plan, or July 1 for the 10 month payment plan, semi-annual and annual plans. If you choose the annual plan with full payment due in August, your $50 Smart fee is waived. Please visit Enroll with Smart and select Annunciation or use our Smart School ID 12118.

Returning families are automatically re-enrolled into the same payment plan as the previous year.  Please login to your existing Smart Tuition Account if you wish to change your payment plan, banking or credit card information or your monthly payment date. Note credit/debit cards should be reviewed for expiration dates and you are responsible for updated your card information with Smart Tuition. Expired cards will result in a failed payment and a fee.

If your financial circumstances change requiring and adjustment to your monthly payment, please contact Lynn Schwartz in the school office at or call (480)361-8234. Account adjustments must be made 3 business days prior to your due date so call as soon as you can.  Smart Tuition customer service can help with payment and account questions as well. 

Active Parishioner tuition rate for 2020-2021 is $5,600.00
Non-Active or Non-Catholic families tuition rate is $6,200.00

If you are an active Catholic family in your parish, please submit the Active Parishioner Verification form to receive the active Catholic parishioner tuition rate.

All registered families for the 2020-2021 school year are eligible to apply for tuition assistance through the Catholic Education Arizona(CEA) tuition assistance program.  If you are in need of tuition assistance and wish to learn more about it, please visit Catholic Education Arizona
To be considered for first round funding your application must be completed and received at FAIR by April 22, 2020. Deadline to apply for Round 2 is August 16, 2020. Apply online at FAIR.
