Safe Environment Program for Volunteers

ALL school volunteers MUST complete Safe Environment training annually, BEFORE they can be allowed on campus as a volunteer. The school is required to verify completion of this training prior to approving volunteer requests.

Please register for a class on the Roman Catholic Diocese of Phoenix website – Safe Environment Training page. Follow the link to be directed to the Safe Environment Training website. Simply click on the “Register for a Class” link on the homepage and find the class, time, and location that meets your needs.

A copy of the Diocesan Policy and Procedures for the Protection of Minors is available for viewing in the front office.

Face to Face Interview - New Parents

As part of the Diocese of Phoenix Safe Environment compliance process, new parents will need to complete a Face to Face Interview with our school’s Safe Environment Trainer, Linda Hooper  or designee following the completion of a volunteer application and the 2 hour foundation training “Keeping the Promise Alive”.   Interviews will be held on most Tuesdays and Thursdays at various times(morning and afternoon) in September/October. Please see the Sign Up Genius link below for scheduling an appointment. Thank you for helping to keep our children safe.
